While this 2-bedroom, 1-bath at 1615 Avenue I in Midwood, isn’t the greatest “bargain”, the price seems in line with the neighborhood. It’s in move in condition which is a major plus. The bedrooms both seem to be decent size (for NYC standards). The master has a walk-in closet, also accessed from the entry hall. The ‘sunken’ living room is generous, but why is the ceiling light not centered? The kitchen can use some updating along with the bathroom  that has separate tub and shower. The area labelled ‘home office’ on the floor plan is a bonus and gives the apartment a bigger feel. 

There are several apartments available in this building in similar price range. What do you think of this apartment / price at $485K and maintenance is $927/month?
