Attached Brick, 3-Bedroom House, Bay Ridge, $825K

This attached brick house at 9407 Wogan Terrace in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn has been on the market for close to a year! And no one has snapped it up?

While it’s not a large house, it does have a living room, dining room and kitchen on 1st floor and 3 modest sized bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. A finished basement adds more living space. It looks like it’s in overall decent shape with nice hard wood floors but the Kitchen and bathrooms can use updating. I think with a little TLC; stripping the wallpaper, painting, new bathrooms and kitchen and some personal touches, this house can be really cute.

There’s no backyard. Bummer! But a garage in a community drive is a bonus. It’s on a dead end block not far from transportation.
